The Blueprint
We know the formula.
ISEF finalists, published researchers, patent holders, company founders — these are the profiles we build.

From zero research experience to ISEF 2026 Finalist. Built a gravitational wave ML project with YRI mentorship.

Published in Springer Nature + patent filed. Carbon capture research built through YRI.

AI-driven healthcare framework published in IEEE. 90%+ accuracy model developed with YRI guidance.

Accepted to IEEE ICITSIF 2026. Lung cancer biomarker ML model achieving AUC 0.983.

Launched TLG, scaled to 6-figures with international partnerships. Company built with YRI support.

We helped her build an AI model now piloted by agricultural organizations across India. Protecting food security for thousands of families.

We helped scale her research beyond publication—now deployed in universities and hospitals, serving real patients.

Built ML models for virtual dance therapy in addiction treatment. Accepted to present at Stanford Neuroethics 2026 as a high school sophomore.

Why we limit enrollment
These results require extreme focus. Each student works directly with PhD mentors, IP attorneys, and our admissions strategists for 4-9 months. We guide every research decision, every journal submission, every competition entry.
We cannot do this at scale. We will not. The students we accept receive our complete attention until their profile is transformed.

From Our Families
What parents are saying
"We tried three college consultants before finding YRI. They all wanted to 'polish' what Arjun already had. YRI actually built something new — a published paper, a real project, credentials that spoke for themselves."

Parent of Arjun D.
Springer Nature + Patent
"My son had good grades but nothing that made him stand out. Within 6 months he had a published paper in IEEE and was preparing for ISEF. The transformation was remarkable — and it was all his work, with their guidance."
Parent of Mubashir S.
ISEF 2026 Finalist
"The price seemed high at first. Then I calculated what we'd spent on SAT prep, tutors, and activities that didn't move the needle. YRI delivered an actual credential — something admissions officers could point to and say 'this kid is different.' Worth every penny."
Parent of Aaryan S.
Caltech/Stanford Researcher

If your child completes the program and we don't deliver a published paper, patent filing, or major competition placement, we continue working with them at no additional cost until we achieve the outcome together.
We only accept students we believe can succeed. Our reputation depends on results, not enrollment numbers. If we don't think we can deliver, we'll tell you during the application process.

Questions
Common questions from parents
What exactly is included in the $8,497?
Everything needed to build a top 1% profile: weekly 1-on-1 calls with PhD mentors, research topic development, full paper writing support, journal submission and revision guidance, patent filing assistance (attorney fees included), competition prep and submission, strategic college positioning, and essay guidance. There are no hidden fees or add-ons.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay in full ($8,497) or split into 6 monthly payments of $1,416. We discuss payment options after you're accepted — apply first, and we'll work out the details during the enrollment call.
What's your guarantee?
We don't stop until you succeed. Our commitment is simple: we keep working with you until you have a science-fair ready project and a publication in a top journal. That's not a promise—it's how we operate. Every student who puts in the work gets results.
What if my child doesn't get published or win awards?
If your child completes the program and we don't deliver a published paper, patent filing, or major competition placement, we continue working with them at no additional cost until we achieve the outcome together. We only accept students we believe can succeed.
What if my child doesn't know what they want to research?
That's actually the most common starting point. We help students discover their interests through a structured exploration process, then guide them toward a research area where they can make real contributions. Most of our successful students started with 'I don't know what I like.'
Is the research actually my child's work, or is it done for them?
100% your child's work. We provide mentorship, guidance, and structure — but they do the research, write the paper, and present at competitions. This is essential: admissions officers can tell the difference. Our job is to give them the roadmap and support to succeed on their own.
How much time commitment is required from my child?
Expect 8-12 hours per week during the active research phase. This includes weekly mentor calls, independent research, writing, and iteration. It's intensive — but that's what produces real results. Most students find it more engaging than homework because they're building something meaningful.
Why is enrollment so limited?
Our mentors work directly with each student for months. This isn't a course or a template — it's personalized, high-touch guidance. We've found that quality degrades past 8 students per year, and we refuse to compromise on results for revenue.
