YRI is a small team building the research fellowship we wish had existed when we were seventeen. Every role here is measured by one thing: how many more students finish with a paper under their own name.

Growth Intern
Scale the distribution engine for the Fellowship. The goal is straightforward: more qualified applications from ambitious high schoolers who want to become published researchers.
Build partnerships with schools, counselors, and education creators
Drive organic growth through social media and community outreach
Run campaigns that generate qualified applications, not just traffic
Test new distribution channels and double down on what works
You are scrappy and resourceful, and you find ways to reach people
You have done outreach, partnerships, or community building before
You move fast, test constantly, and will try unconventional strategies
You are comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
You care about education and about what happens to these students
Nothing here fits, but you want in anyway
