Common questions
What grade should my child be in?
We work with students from 8th grade through 11th grade. Earlier is better — more time to develop research and compete. Seniors typically don't have enough time to complete the full process before applications are due.
Do I need prior research experience?
No! Most of our students start with zero research experience. Our PhD mentors guide you from the very beginning — helping you find a topic, design experiments, analyze data, and write your paper.
How long does it take to get published?
Typically 4-8 months from start to publication, depending on the research complexity and journal. We target reputable peer-reviewed journals like IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, and field-specific publications.
What subjects can I research?
We support research across all fields — STEM, social sciences, and humanities. This includes computer science, biology, physics, engineering, psychology, economics, political science, history, philosophy, sociology, literature, and more. We match students with PhD mentors in their specific area of interest.
Is this different from summer research programs?
Yes. Summer programs are typically 6-8 weeks with limited mentorship. Our fellowship provides 10 weeks of intensive 1-on-1 PhD mentorship, with the explicit goal of publication and competition success.
